What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate specific business requirements.
• Analyze: Conduct detailed analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Collaborate: Team with technical experts to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
• Support: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Recent graduates without prior technical experience are welcome.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required; however, familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is necessary.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively; U.S. work authorization.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
