What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required. This role is specifically designed for recent Master’s graduates and welcomes candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including those without prior technical experience. U.S. work authorization is a requirement for all candidates.
• Experience: No prior professional work experience is strictly required for this entry-level position.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities are essential. Candidates must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with process mapping tools, is necessary. Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is expected. The role demands individuals who are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Prior internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting is preferred. Familiarity with project management or data visualization tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL or general database concepts is also advantageous for this role.
