What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements: Partner with a variety of stakeholders across departments to comprehensively gather, meticulously document, and rigorously validate business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and clearly propose actionable improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create and consistently maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing detailed workflows, clear process maps, and well-defined user stories to support development efforts.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical development teams to ensure that all business requirements are accurately translated and effectively implemented into robust technology solutions.
• Project Support: Provide essential support for project planning activities, actively track progress against timelines, and prepare comprehensive reports to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree. This role is open to recent Master’s graduates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including those without prior technical experience.
• Experience: None explicitly required; the position is for entry-level candidates.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect complex information and formulate logical conclusions; demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members; exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks, alongside practical experience with process mapping tools; possess familiarity with established business analysis frameworks and common project methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall; be highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and effectively prioritize work.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous.
