The Tone:
This is a paid, in-person internship at SDS Capital Group, located in Los Angeles, CA. Arc70 Capital LLC is recruiting qualified students on behalf of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) for this opportunity. SDS Capital Group is an impact investment firm dedicated to preserving and developing affordable housing and community-oriented infrastructure across the US. This role matters as interns will support critical capital raising efforts for American South Real Estate Fund III, gaining valuable exposure to the full lifecycle of the fundraising process within the real estate private equity sector.

• Infrastructure Development: Assist in projects aimed at creating community-oriented infrastructure.
