What You’ll Actually Do
• Integration: Embed yourself into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights inform AI agent analysis.
• Reporting: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations to provide expert analysis for product teams and clients.
• Communication: Handle data-related requests promptly and effectively, communicating complex findings professionally.
• Collaboration: Work with your manager and team members to refine data models and improve AI agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong understanding of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field, with proven ability to derive practical insights from complex data sets.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company.
