What You’ll Actually Do
• Shadowing and Observation: Observe sales leadership and individual sales representatives to understand their daily activities and strategies.
• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions designed to introduce sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.
• Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by helping prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Customer Interaction: Observe and participate in customer meetings and calls to gain insight into the sales process and customer engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, enthusiastic and eager to learn, strong interest in a career in sales, positive attitude and proactive approach.
