The TL;DR

• Pay: $16.00 hourly
• Mission: Make and serve coffee and espresso drinks, along with related food and beverage items, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality food-service operations.
• Tech Stack: POS device

What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation: Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering, following standard measures and recipes.
• Transactions: Accurately enter orders into a POS device and efficiently process cash and charge payments.
• Maintenance: Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, adhering to HACCP guidelines and production standards.
• Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, serve quickly and efficiently, and explain daily menu items to ensure a positive customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position focused on food service and customer interaction within a healthcare support environment.
• Experience: No prior barista experience is required; willingness to train will be provided.
• Skills: Customer service, cash handling, food preparation, sanitation (HACCP), ability to explain menu items.
• Bonus: Previous barista experience.
