What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage customer accounts: Oversee invoicing, collections, and purchase order tracking, collaborating with clients to resolve outstanding issues.
• Conduct client outreach: Make routine welcome and maintenance calls to clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
• Maintain client relationships: Develop and foster strong customer relationships through weekly touchpoints and consistent communication.
• Oversee accounts receivable: Manage and maintain a multi-million-dollar book of outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Audit financial data: Review account-specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client information integrity.
