AI Product Management Internship (Computer Science Background) | Sparrow
The Tone:
This is an 8-month full-time internship at Sparrow, located in the United States. Sparrow is a company redefining coaching through AI-driven motion analysis and real-time feedback, initially focused on golf and expanding into other sports and physical therapy. They are building innovative AI coaches that interact naturally with users. This role offers recent Computer Science graduates an opportunity to enter the growing AI/GenAI space, broaden their skills in designing AI-LLM-Agentic applications, and help build the next generation of AI applications for consumers and businesses.

• Tech Stack: LLMs, Conversational capabilities (Text-to-speech, Speech-to-text), LoRAs, Avatars, Technologies and techniques to make AI more action oriented
What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Work collaboratively with teams to integrate LLMs and AI-powered features into Sparrow’s products.
• Contribute: Directly contribute to products live on the market, including industry-leading AI sports coaching applications.
• Research: Stay at the forefront of advancements in LLMs, Agentic apps, and AI optimization.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Sparrow’s technical staff to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent Computer Science graduate with a strong understanding of core Computer Science principles.
• Experience: No previous product management experience is required, but a quick learning ability with new tools and technologies is essential.
• Skills: Creative problem-solver who can tackle new challenges, comfortable adopting new technologies, and a collaborative team player.
• Bonus: Eager to grow within a startup environment and open to pursuing a path to a full-time role upon completion of the internship.
