The Tone:
This is a contract role at an Audio Technology Leader, a client of Global Technical Talent, located in Framingham, MA. The client designs and manufactures high-quality speakers, headphones, and audio products for various markets, driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence. This role is crucial for creating a seamless hiring experience, ensuring candidates and new hires feel welcome and informed. Your contributions will directly impact the client’s ability to attract and retain top talent by driving key initiatives and improving recruiting processes.

• Mission: Create a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires to attract and retain top talent.
• Tech Stack: Applicant tracking systems, HR software, coordination/scheduling tool, CRM
What You’ll Actually Do
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Candidate Experience Management: Greet candidates, manage travel arrangements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet service level agreement timelines.
• Onboarding Support: Partner with internal teams to manage onboarding logistics, support Global New Hire Orientation, and ensure new hires have a smooth start.
• Employer Brand Amplification: Collaborate with Internal Communications and Marketing to enhance employer brand messaging across platforms like LinkedIn and BuiltIn.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within scheduling and onboarding workflows and propose efficient solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Solution and customer service-oriented.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
