What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Organization: Efficiently arrange and categorize physical documents, ensuring they are well-ordered for the upcoming office relocation.
• System Management: Oversee and maintain electronic document systems, ensuring all digital files are properly managed and accessible.
• File Archiving: Systematically scan important paper files and archive them electronically, converting physical records into digital formats.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to coordinate document-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations throughout the preparation process.
• Project Support: Provide essential support for all office move preparations, specifically focusing on the meticulous handling and transition of company documents.
