• Team: Digital team, collaborating across marketing, sponsorship, sales, retail, game entertainment, and community relations.
• Mission: This role contributes to the St. Louis Blues’ digital presence by producing engaging content and supporting digital initiatives across various organizational functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Production: Pitch, develop, and produce written pieces for stlouisblues.com, including features, news, blogs, and gameday content.
• Digital Content Creation: Assist with the ideation and creation of engaging content for use across the Blues’ digital channels, such as social media, the website, and mobile app.
• Platform Management: Support the implementation and management of features across the Blues’ digital platforms, primarily for the website and mobile app.
• Digital Team Support: Aid the digital team’s efforts throughout the season, contributing to gameday content, promotions, theme nights, and special events.
• Fan Engagement: Communicate with fans via the Blues’ digital channels and Bluenatics in a timely and professional manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong writing skills with experience producing news and blog-style pieces.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and capability to operate professionally in a collaborative team environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Photoshop and social media; a degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred; interested in a future career in digital marketing or content.
