The Tone:

This role supports the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to the studio’s ability to find adventurous dreamers and tell stories about unconventional heroes. • Mission: Support the recruitment process and early career programs to ensure a positive experience for candidates and a well-maintained talent database.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist the recruitment team with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and event planning for university visits.
• Facilitate: Help organize and execute Early Career Program events, including orientations, socials, and final presentations.
• Curate: Develop newsletters, flyers, and handouts for early career programs, school visits, and intern events.
• Manage: Create and publish social media content for DreamWorks Careers channels to engage audiences and share stories.
• Maintain: Update candidate records, track submissions, and manage the intern, trainee, and artist database.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date).
• Experience: Basic knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred. Experience with social platform analytics is a plus.
• Skills: Exceptional creative writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Interest in human resources and/or talent acquisition. Demonstrated passion for supporting and developing early career talent. Enthusiasm for creating inclusive opportunities.
