Social Media Strategist Interns | Embrace Harmony

This role is crucial for developing a strong media presence, implementing data-driven social media campaigns, engaging target audiences, and driving revenue. What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Content Coordination: Help plan content calendars, draft posts, and coordinate visual assets to support campaigns and community-building initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in a professional manner, and track engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on audience behavior, competitors, and best practices in social media to inform strategy.
• Idea Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on brainstorming, testing, and refining new social media ideas.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field, with a strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Experience: Familiarity with major social platforms and their features, and a beneficial basic understanding of social media analytics tools and key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates).
• Skills: Effective Communication and Public Relations, ability to support Content Strategy, strong writing skills, attention to detail, and reliable time management for independent remote work.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in social impact, community building, or wellness-focused initiatives.
