What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Operations Support: Provide crucial assistance in the meticulous day-to-day operations of the political campaign, directly supporting and helping to implement campaign strategies and initiatives.
• Community and Voter Engagement: Actively participate in various community outreach efforts and engage directly with a diverse range of voters to significantly increase overall voter engagement and participation in the electoral process.
• Event Coordination and Execution: Lend essential support for a variety of campaign events, which includes assisting with setup, coordination, and ensuring their smooth and successful execution.
• Communications Management: Manage and coordinate campaign communications, involving tasks such as assisting with message development and outreach to various stakeholders and the public.
• Direct Voter Canvassing: Undertake daily tasks involving direct voter contact, specifically through canvassing efforts to inform, persuade, and mobilize voters on behalf of the campaign.

• Background: Currently enrolled as a high school or college student, possessing a keen interest and eagerness to learn comprehensively about congressional elections, effective voter engagement techniques, and the intricate workings of the electoral process.
• Experience: Demonstrate the capability to effectively assist in the multifaceted day-to-day operations of a political campaign, including providing direct support for the development and execution of campaign strategies.
• Skills: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills, which are absolutely essential for clearly and persuasively communicating with team members, engaging voters, and interacting with various community stakeholders.
