What You’ll Actually Do
• Input various information from diverse sources into relevant database systems.
• Accurately enter employee hours worked into the MyTime timekeeping system.
• Manage the comprehensive record-keeping and retention of Department of Transportation documentation.
• Consistently meet established production volume standards, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness in all data entries.
• Perform a variety of tasks and assignments as directed by the host manager and other supervisors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School diploma or its equivalent is required for this Level II position.
• Experience: Requires 2-5 years of dedicated experience in data entry or a similar administrative function.
• Skills: Possess strong attention to detail, exhibit good communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under various time-sensitive situations.
• Bonus: Preference for candidates with college-level education.
