What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Input: Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into the company databases, including preparing and sorting documents and interpreting data for entry.
• Data Verification: Thoroughly review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring complete accuracy and strict adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Database Maintenance: Proactively update and maintain existing database information, performing regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and currency.
• Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and care, strictly complying with all relevant data protection regulations.
• Process Improvement: Assist with data clean-up projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes, collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a minimum of GCSEs or an equivalent qualification, providing the foundational academic understanding necessary for effective administrative or data processing responsibilities.
• Experience: Candidates must possess proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or a similar role. This includes demonstrating an exceptional typing speed and accuracy, paired with a high level of attention to detail that is critical for meticulous data handling.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word, is essential. Familiarity with data management software and various databases, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team are all required.
