Pricing Data Analyst | StandardAero

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at StandardAero, located in San Antonio, TX. StandardAero is an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions within the aerospace field, finding solutions for complex aviation challenges. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate administration of commercial program terms, including credits and fees, and maintaining the integrity of pricing data across the organization. You will play a key part in supporting financial accuracy and compliance, directly impacting customer programs and internal processes.

• Mission: Owns the primary administration of commercial program terms related to credits, fees, and contractual requirements to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across sectors.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, SQL, ERP systems, CRM platforms

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer: Act as the primary administrator of commercial program terms, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements for credits, fees, and other commercial aspects.
• Maintain: Maintain pricing catalogs and validate relevant data to ensure accurate estimating, invoicing, and overall price book integrity.
• Collaborate: Partner with Customer Programs, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to generate, submit, and validate required reports and resolve accounting issues.
• Support: Support program teams with data collection and preparation of customer cost estimates and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Analyze: Perform data analysis, maintain datasets/databases, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for pricing processes and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Open to new graduates, early career professionals, and experienced candidates with post-secondary education or formal training in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, analysis, or transactional work.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools such as Power BI. Experience with SQL, ERP systems, and CRM platforms. Experience in the aerospace industry or a similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
