What You’ll Actually Do
• Help Desk Management: Manage and prioritize procurement help desk tickets while escalating urgent requests appropriately.
• Operations and Data: Perform purchasing operations and data management within SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
• Catalog Maintenance: Maintain and update 13 Ariba catalogs to ensure supplier accuracy and contract compliance.
• Project Support: Support procurement-related project management activities, including timelines and task tracking.
• Reporting and Analytics: Assist with KPI reporting and analytics for indirect and non-inventory spend.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with both SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA is required; procurement experience supporting direct or indirect spend environments.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally; highly organized and Excel-savvy; collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: CPG or food industry experience preferred.
