This role is crucial for integrating data-driven insights into AI agent analysis and decision-making, directly shaping how people experience AI-driven job search. As an early career data analyst, you will have high ownership and impact, contributing to real production AI agents used by real users.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Insight Integration: Integrate data-driven insights directly into client and internal workflows to ensure they are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Reporting & Visualization: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Request Management: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Model Refinement: Work regularly with other members of the team and report to a manager to refine data models and improve AI agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field, possessing a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Technical skills such as coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company, or proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets; willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon.
