What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Build your client base through prospecting and networking.
• Client Engagement: Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand their financial goals.
• Financial Planning: Prepare plans and offer useful recommendations.
• Professional Development: Get licensed with your Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, currently enrolled full-time.
• Experience: Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity for sales, and is highly involved on campus in leadership roles or organizations.
• Skills: Excellent time-management skills, interest in financial literacy and planning tools, and business savvy.
• Bonus: Interest in interviewing for a full-time Financial Representative role upon graduation.
