The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, multiple grocery stores within the Kroger family of brands nationwide

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Collection: Accurately capture and store essential retail data within various grocery stores, utilizing cutting-edge smartphone technology provided for the role. This involves gathering specific information required by clients to support their analytical needs and strategic planning.
• Technology Utilization: Effectively operate smartphone technology and various applications to perform data entry and management tasks efficiently. The role requires quick adaptation to new tools and software updates to maintain data integrity and collection accuracy.
• Field Operations: Work independently within diverse grocery store environments across the nationwide Kroger family of brands. This includes navigating store layouts and interacting respectfully with store personnel while conducting data collection activities.
• Travel and Logistics: Manage travel requirements by visiting multiple store locations each week, ensuring timely completion of assigned data collection tasks. The position requires reliable transportation and adherence to scheduled store visits.
• Physical Engagement: Engage in the physical aspects of the role, which include regular moving, bending, standing, and squatting to access products and displays. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is also required to perform duties effectively within the retail environment.

Successful candidates will be diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to accurate and reliable data collection for our diverse client base. The position requires a foundational commitment to precision in all tasks.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required for this role. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as the position involves traveling to multiple locations. Furthermore, comfort with smartphone technology and various applications is essential, alongside the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software for efficient data capture. The physical demands of the role include comfort with regular moving, bending, standing, squatting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Skills: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are necessary for ensuring data accuracy. Proficiency in operating and adapting to smartphone technology and mobile applications is key.
