Food Service Worker | Sodexo

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SodexoMagic, located at the Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center in Crestview. SodexoMagic is a joint venture between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, delivering food, facilities management, and integrated services to corporations, healthcare, K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and aviation lounges. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Mornings and afternoon/evenings – varying days, and some weekends/holidays
• Location: In-person, Crestview
• Pay: $16.50 hourly
• Mission: This person prepares and serves a variety of menus, maintains a clean and tidy environment, and delivers welcoming customer service to make a positive impact on people’s daily lives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Food Preparation & Serving: Prepare and serve a variety of vibrant menus, assisting in the setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables.
• Station Management: Set up food stations with various products including entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils, while performing general stocking duties in the service area.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Ensure all working areas are kept clean and tidy by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations.
• Customer Service: Provide welcoming customer service that enhances the daily experience for individuals and makes a positive impact.
• Operational Adherence: Maintain satisfactory regularity in attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts, and perform other assigned duties as required by business needs and client requirements.

• Background: Others. A foundational understanding of food service operations and workplace cleanliness.
• Experience: No previous work experience is required.
