This role contributes to the rapidly growing e-commerce industry, which is a hotly contested space for Internet companies. As an intern, you will play a vital part in executing campaigns for various brands, contributing to campaigns, and driving strategic modules within the US operation team, helping to shape the future of e-commerce on TikTok Shop.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Localize Content: Adapt seller operations methodologies, research insights, and best practices into clear, actionable content that resonates with US sellers.
• Build Materials: Produce methodology and brand assets, including training programs, playbooks, case studies, and educational content, to support merchants across different growth stages.
• Partner on Products: Track requirements for seller analytics products, own the rollout of new features to US sellers, and gather feedback to translate it into actionable product requirements.
• Grow Community: Build direct touch points with sellers through communities and 1:1 deep dives with key sellers to cultivate seed users and amplify the impact of products.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in Business or a related major.
• Experience: Demonstrates good end-to-end ownership of projects, is open to taking on new and ambiguous projects, and eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties.
• Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, a clear and logical thinker and communicator, and comfortable working with data.
• Bonus: Proficient with AI productivity products.
