• Team: Partners with an experienced Senior Consultant for guidance and support.
• Mission: Inspects unoccupied buildings to identify lead water pipes and accurately document findings for a state-funded project.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspect: Identify possible lead water pipes in unoccupied properties.
• Document: Accurately record inspection findings using an easy-to-use electronic system.
• Adhere: Follow clear inspection guidelines and safety procedures.
• Collaborate: Partner with a Senior Consultant for guidance and support during inspections.
• Travel: Efficiently plan daily routes and travel between various inspection sites.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level friendly with a willingness to learn and an ability to follow step-by-step processes.
• Experience: Reliable transportation for travel between locations and comfort using basic computer programs like Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Any prior experience in construction, inspections, or hands-on field work; an interest in building systems, plumbing, or infrastructure; or experience working on projects or in outdoor/field environments.
