What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Operations: You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and proficient operation of all essential equipment within the Domino’s store. This includes utilizing various machinery pertinent to food preparation and service, ensuring they are used correctly to maintain product quality and operational flow. Your diligent attention to equipment use is vital for producing high-quality food items consistently and adhering to all safety guidelines. This foundational task ensures the smooth functioning of the entire kitchen and dispatch process.

• Inventory Management: A core part of your daily routine will involve the systematic stocking of ingredients and supplies. This entails transporting items from the main storage areas to their designated locations, including the delivery staging area, the primary work stations, and temperature-controlled environments like the walk-in cooler. Accurate and timely stocking ensures that all necessary components are readily available for product preparation, preventing delays and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. This contributes directly to uninterrupted service and fresh product availability.

• Product Preparation: You will play a hands-on role in preparing a variety of food products, strictly following established Domino’s recipes and quality standards. This involves accurately measuring ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring each item meets the high-quality benchmarks expected by our customers. Your precision and attention to detail in product preparation are fundamental to delivering the delicious, consistent experience Domino’s is known for.

• Order Fulfillment: You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers by receiving and processing telephone orders. This responsibility requires clear communication, active listening, and accurate input of customer requests into the order system. Efficiently handling telephone orders ensures customer satisfaction from the very first interaction and guarantees that their desired products are prepared and dispatched correctly and promptly.

• Facility Maintenance: A critical aspect of maintaining a clean and safe environment, you will undertake daily cleaning and sanitization of all equipment and the entire facility. This includes work surfaces, cooking appliances, utensils, and public areas. Adhering to strict hygiene standards is paramount for food safety, operational integrity, and providing a pleasant environment for both employees and customers, reflecting Domino’s commitment to cleanliness and health regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level operational staff with foundational knowledge or a strong aptitude for food service operations and direct customer interaction.
• Experience: Practical experience with basic equipment handling and proficiency in processing customer orders.
• Skills: Core operational skills including equipment operation, systematic inventory stocking, food product preparation, efficient telephone order processing, and daily facility cleaning.
