What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Site Management: Be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various event sites, kiosks, and branded stands, ensuring they are ready for public engagement.
• Public Engagement & Rapport: Actively engage with members of the public, initiating conversations and creating strong, positive first impressions that represent Next Target effectively.
• Product & Service Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations about products or services, tailored to capture the interest of individuals.
• Adaptive Communication: Continuously adapt your communication style and engagement approach to resonate effectively with different types of people encountered at event locations.
• Sales & Registration Support: Provide direct support for sign-up, registration, and sales processes, guiding individuals through necessary steps and completing transactions, while contributing to daily team targets.
