This role is crucial for supporting digital fundraising and marketing campaigns, utilizing artificial intelligence and automation to execute client programs faster, smarter, and with scaled output.

• Mission: Supports digital fundraising and marketing campaigns for Republican, conservative, and right-leaning political clients by utilizing AI and automation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• AI-Driven Campaign Support: Support digital fundraising and marketing campaigns by actively using AI tools to draft email, SMS, and web copy, and generate multiple content variations for A/B testing.
• Campaign Implementation: Execute coordinated email and text deployments, and meticulously create and manage WinRed pages to ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with audience segmentation and targeting initiatives, prepare comprehensive client performance reports, and utilize AI to summarize key trends and actionable insights from campaign data.
• Research and Project Management: Conduct research on candidates, campaigns, and PACs, maintain precise content schedules and project timelines, and provide minimal graphic design support as required.
• Operational Efficiency with AI: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to use artificial intelligence across all facets of the company to significantly increase overall operational efficiency.

• Experience: Extensive, daily, hands-on experience utilizing leading artificial intelligence platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini is required to perform core responsibilities.
• Skills:
