This Corporate Strategy Intern role is crucial for supporting critical initiatives in strategic planning, conducting comprehensive market and competitive intelligence, and executing strategic projects to shape FreshDirect’s long-term growth and competitive edge.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning: Support the strategic planning process by organizing cross-functional workshops, conducting research, and synthesizing findings into actionable plans.
• Objective Definition: Assist in defining strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to set measurable goals for key initiatives.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry shifts, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities, strategies, performance, and market positioning to maintain our competitive intelligence database.
• Initiative Execution: Support the translation of strategic plans into concrete initiatives, assisting with project planning, milestone tracking, and monitoring progress against strategic goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in corporate strategy, consulting, or analytical roles, with a focus on applying research and analysis to business problems.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in research methodologies and data synthesis, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.
