The Tone:
This is an internship at Keva Health, located remotely. Keva Health provides a remote care SaaS platform for respiratory illnesses that improves health outcomes and reduces costs. This role is critical for working closely with clinical leadership to optimize operational workflows, coordinate clinic functions, and drive strategic initiatives to expand services and improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Workflow Improvement: Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance operational workflows.
• Clinic Coordination: Coordinate clinic operations and support initiatives to expand healthcare access.
• Strategic Contribution: Assist with medical affairs and contribute to strategic projects.
• Outcome Support: Support efforts aimed at expanding services and improving patient outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level or recent graduates with a high school education or equivalent, possessing experience and knowledge of the US healthcare system.
• Experience: Prior experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) is preferred.
• Skills: Communication, Project Coordination, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail.
• Bonus: Prior Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) experience.
