What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting: Oversee the initial stages of candidate acquisition, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth integration of new hires through support of orientation processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
• Benefits: Assist with the administration of employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
• Compliance: Help ensure adherence to employment laws and established company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in HR, administrative, customer service, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and keen attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.
