Data Analyst | ATC

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Efficiently collect, thoroughly clean, and systematically organize raw datasets, ensuring they are well-prepared for comprehensive analysis.
• Insight Generation: Identify significant trends, underlying patterns, and critical correlations within data by employing a range of statistical methods and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and develop insightful dashboards, compelling data visualizations, and clear, concise reports using industry-standard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel.
• Decision Support: Provide essential assistance to cross-functional teams, empowering them to make informed, data-driven decisions by presenting findings in a clear and easily digestible manner.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deeply understand their specific data requirements and subsequently deliver tailored analytical solutions that address their needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. ATC specifically welcomes recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience from all educational and professional backgrounds.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Candidates must also have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Exhibit excellent communication skills for presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization is preferred. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases is a plus. Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R would be beneficial but is not required.
