What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the processes for bringing new employees into the organization and managing their departure.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all necessary HR documentation is up-to-date and complete.
• Engagement Coordination: Coordinate various employee engagement programs and initiatives designed to enhance the workplace culture.
• HR Communications: Assist in drafting and distributing HR communications and internal announcements to the workforce.
• Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, training sessions, and employee events, alongside supporting benefits administration and responding to employee support requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. This role is designed for individuals seeking to launch or develop a career path within Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Experience, or Talent Management.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, human resources, or other support-oriented roles.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in all tasks, basic computer proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Prior internship or entry-level HR experience, familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems, previous employee support or administrative experience, experience with scheduling and coordination, and a genuine interest in People Operations and Employee Experience.
