The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Jobright.ai, open to candidates located in the United States with a willingness to travel for occasional team summits. This Data Analyst position is critical for embedding data-driven insights into the analysis and decision-making processes for their AI agents, directly influencing product development and external client understanding. You will play a significant part in shaping how people experience AI-driven job search, contributing to real, production AI agents used by real users.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate data insights into AI agent workflows: Integrate directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Produce custom data reports and visualizations: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Handle data requests and communicate complex findings: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Collaborate to refine data models and agent performance: Work regularly with other members of the team to refine data models and agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning.
• Experience: Requires 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Preferred candidates will have previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher, particularly within a tech environment or an AI-focused company.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Essential technical skills include coding expertise in Python or R, experience with data modeling, and proficiency in database management using SQL.
• Bonus: Proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets. A willingness to travel for occasional team summits, if agreed upon, is also a plus.
