What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support monthly financial reporting, including the creation of management reports and dashboards.
• Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles through diligent data collection and model updates.
• Analysis: Perform variance analysis and provide key insights derived from financial data.
• Modeling: Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and analytical tools.
• Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting automation and data quality utilizing AI tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis); basic understanding of financial statements and key metrics; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or reporting processes; experience with financial systems or data tools such as Power BI or ERP systems; demonstrated interest in FP&A and financial strategy; exposure to AI and machine learning concepts.
