What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Assist management in executing daily operational tasks to ensure the department functions smoothly.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure that company policies, established procedures, and service standards are consistently followed by the team.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, actively assisting clients and efficiently resolving any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Team Development: Participate in the onboarding process, provide coaching, and assist in the training of new employees.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to team meetings by providing input and recommending improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a focus on general operations and customer interaction.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; prior experience in leadership, retail, or customer service is considered an advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication, effective interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
• Bonus: Some college coursework or a degree is preferred.
