Brand Experience Associate | FF Inc
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at FF Inc, located in Brooklyn, NY. FF Inc is looking for a Brand Experience Associate to join its growing marketing and events team. This role is crucial for creating memorable experiences and connecting people with brands in fun, authentic ways. The Brand Experience Associate will help plan and execute activations, engage directly with guests, and ensure every event reflects the brand’s energy and values.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan: Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish.
• Oversee: Oversee event set-up, signage, and logistics to ensure polished, professional execution.
• Engage: Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Gather: Gather customer feedback and event insights to help improve future activations.
• Partner: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with brand goals and campaigns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 0–2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event management, promotions, or customer engagement. Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Skills: Outgoing, personable, and confident speaking with diverse audiences; highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; a proactive self-starter who takes initiative.
• Abilities: Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events; able to lift and carry event materials up to 25 lbs.
• Bonus: Experience in retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
