Product Manager Intern (Content and Service Ads) – 2026 Summer (BS/MS) | TikTok

The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, a global company with headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices in many major cities. TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, focused on inspiring creativity and bringing joy. This role in the Global Monetization Content and Service Ads Product Team is crucial for enabling clients to connect with users and simplify their advertising efforts, driving value creation for TikTok and its clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Development: Help with product work for lead generation ads and commercial monetization, formulating plans and strategies, determining priorities, aligning with partner teams, and ensuring product delivery.
• Go-to-Market Support: Assist with the Go-to-Market process for new lead generation business products by performing data analysis, collecting user feedback and requirements, and continuously iterating and innovating products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-timezone teams to follow up on demand development and launch, working with R&D, design, testing, data science, operations, marketing, and sales teams to advance projects.
• Business and Data Monitoring: Understand the team’s business and core products, improve data monitoring required for business operations, and update weekly reports and other common data indicators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience: Able to intern for 3 months or longer, committing to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems; strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible with the ability to drive projects independently; proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Major in statistics, computer science, or an equivalent science/technical field, with technical experience or project work preferred.
