What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Research sponsorship and donation requests from the community to inform the bank’s community involvement.
• Analyze: Perform competitive rate and pricing surveys to support market positioning strategies.
• Respond: Address marketing requests directly from the branch network to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create: Draft social media and website content, as well as prepare news releases to communicate bank updates and promotions.
• Assist: Support BSNB events and promotions, contributing to successful community engagement and business development.
• Design: Create graphics for digital signage and marketing materials that directly support the bank’s business development efforts, for candidates with Adobe Creative Suite experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year, or a Graduate student, who is majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or Graphic Design. Applicants should be prepared to provide a college transcript and two letters of recommendation from the school.
• Experience: Candidates should be seeking an opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience to effectively jumpstart their marketing career; no specific years of prior professional experience are required.
• Skills: A minimum 3.0 GPA is required; demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; and a willingness to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Bonus: Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for creating graphic content.
