What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Management: Assist with comprehensive accounts payable processes, including detailed invoice review and accurate data entry into financial systems.
• Accounts Receivable Support: Support essential accounts receivable activities, encompassing diligent payment tracking and thorough reconciliation efforts.
• Financial Recordkeeping: Aid in organizing and meticulously maintaining critical financial records and comprehensive documentation.
• Financial Reporting Assistance: Help prepare various financial reports and summaries, specifically tailored for internal use and decision-making.
• Data Integrity & Collaboration: Review financial information for accuracy and consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and validate financial information, ensuring data integrity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in these areas.
• Experience: Strong, demonstrated interest in accounting and financial operations, coupled with a proactive eagerness to gain practical, real-world experience within a professional business setting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, an analytical mindset with the proven ability to work effectively with numerical data, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and effective written and verbal communication skills to interact across departments.
• Bonus: Prior experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
