What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Collaborate with a lead Product Manager to design TikTok shop ads products, including diagnosis, benefit, recommendation, and insight tools.
• Grow Business: Develop products that empower advertisers to follow best practices and expand their businesses on TikTok.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, engineering, data science, and platform teams to define objectives, develop, test, and launch new products.
• Product Strategy: Define and analyze key metrics to inform product strategy and prioritization decisions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience: Ability to commit to a 12-week full-time internship for Summer 2026 (3 months or longer). Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis; adept at breaking down and solving complex problems; effective organizational, planning, communication, and execution capabilities; self-motivated with the ability to independently drive projects.
• Bonus: Academic major in statistics, computer science, or an equivalent science/technical field; prior technical experience or project work.
