Product Manager Intern (Measurement Product) – 2026 Summer (BS/MS) | TikTok

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Vision: Set the vision, develop the roadmap, and build and launch ad measurement products to help advertisers meet their goals and understand their business value from TikTok.
• Success Metrics: Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Goal Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
• Product Development: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
• Technical Documentation: Write all technical specifications and product requirements for development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, or computer science.
• Experience: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment; must commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026. Prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems; strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity.
• Bonus: A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; experience in the ads monetization business and ecosystem; experience working with data teams and other technical teams.
