This role is crucial for executing campaigns within TikTok Shop, helping to build an innovative e-commerce ecosystem. The intern will contribute to strategic initiatives, connect brands with consumers, and gain practical experience in a real-world professional setting.

• Mission: Supports the execution and analysis of e-commerce campaigns, connecting brands with consumers on TikTok Shop.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Operations: Support day-to-day project operations, including merchant onboarding, tracking progress, and data management.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze merchant performance metrics like GMV, ad spend, and uplift, then provide structured insights.
• Incentive Management: Assist in executing and evaluating various incentive mechanisms, such as subsidies and ad credits.
• Collaboration & Drive: Collaborate with Account Managers and category teams to improve merchant performance on the platform.
• Reporting & Learnings: Prepare comprehensive reports, case studies, and post-campaign analyses to distill key learnings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a Data-related major.
• Experience: Excellent stakeholder and project management skills; familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers.
• Skills: An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data; independent and self-motivated with good end-to-end ownership of projects; strong ability to manage expectations, drive performance, and collaborate under tight constraints.
• Bonus: Proven experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis.
