What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various internal teams and departments, assisting with diverse operational activities.
• Communication Management: Proactively manage incoming emails, calendars, and scheduling requests, while coordinating meetings and all necessary follow-up activities.
• Information & Record Keeping: Meticulously maintain, organize, and update both digital and physical records, files, and crucial business documentation, ensuring information accuracy.
• Data Management & Reporting: Assist with essential data entry and regular database updates, preparing clear reports, comprehensive spreadsheets, and engaging presentations.
• Operational Coordination: Support broader operational projects and administrative initiatives, including tracking tasks, managing deadlines, and monitoring project progress for timely completion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Candidates should possess 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or other general support roles.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effective time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical & Remote Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Prior administrative or office support experience, familiarity with scheduling and calendar management, experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools, a customer service background, or a keen interest in operations or business administration.
