What You’ll Actually Do
• Elicit and document requirements: Break down features to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements and user stories for system development.
• Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between business units and the development team, facilitating meetings and discussions as needed.
• Support testing and releases: Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles and participate in production release activities to ensure smooth deployments.
• Develop documentation: Create and update documentation to support new procedures or changes to existing ones.
• Provide system support: Offer system support for assigned business units or specific applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree combined with at least one year of business or data analysis experience, or equivalent transferable experience from coursework, internships, or prior roles.
• Experience: One year of experience in business or data analysis, or equivalent transferable experience gained through academic or professional pursuits, is required.
• Skills: Strong technical writing skills, proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience creating process maps are essential. The role also requires a strong business and technology aptitude with the ability to translate technical concepts for business partners.
