What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate Data: Integrate directly into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Produce Reports: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Manage Requests: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Refine Performance: Work regularly with a manager and other team members to refine data models and AI agent performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks of AI and machine learning. Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or AI-focused company; proven experience working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets. Willingness to travel for occasional team summits if agreed upon.
