Digital Marketing Intern | CallPass

The Tone:
This is a paid internship at CallPass, a global service-driven, application, and product-fueled technology enabler. CallPass is a leading provider of Advanced Asset Tracking Solutions in the evolving tech space of IoT, Machine-to-Machine communications, and Mobile Resource Management, with a brand portfolio including LANA Asset, LANA Fleet, and LANA IoT (all B2B). This hands-on role is an opportunity to make a big impact by supporting the marketing team in developing and executing traditional and digital marketing campaigns, gaining valuable real-world experience and helping to set industry standards.

• Mission: To support the marketing team in developing and executing digital campaigns and content that raise brand awareness, engage prospects, and drive traffic.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, Sprout Social, Pardot, Klayvio, Salesforce, Mailchimp, MS Office suite applications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Immersion: Learn CallPass’s extensive B2B product and service offerings to effectively translate their value into marketing content.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce engaging social media content, emails for various campaigns, and blog posts using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Brand Management & Publishing: Ensure all CallPass social channels are up-to-date and adhere to brand guidelines, and publish blog content across company websites.
• Campaign Support & Traffic Driving: Build strategic email flows, assist in executing digital campaigns, and utilize social channels to gain awareness and drive traffic to CallPass brand websites.
• Performance Analysis & Research: Track, collect, and report on marketing campaign data for effectiveness, and perform market analysis and research on competitors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, mass communications, or business management. While not mandatory, candidates in their third year of study are preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience within the digital media landscape, including familiarity with various social media platforms and digital communications. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Skills: Proven proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva; strong working knowledge of MS Office suite applications; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; and practical experience with social media content management.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Sprout Social, Pardot, Klayvio, Salesforce, and Mailchimp. An understanding of different marketing techniques and the ability to multitask multiple projects simultaneously are also beneficial.
