Digital Marketing Specialist | High Standard Technology Inc.

• Mission: Owns the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Tech Stack: Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing systems, basic SEO concepts
What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Execute daily customer communications across social media platforms, including email and SMS campaigns.
• Audience Segmentation: Manage CRM audience segmentation by leveraging behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data for precise targeting.
• Performance Reporting: Produce weekly reports on CRM and marketing campaign performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop CRM communication strategies for email and SMS channels.
• Automation Development: Build, implement, and maintain CRM automations and workflows to support lifecycle marketing and enhance customer experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience required in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels, including managing brand presence and content calendars.
• Skills: Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Analytics, and strong communication (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Interest in wellness, sustainable products, and consumer technology is preferred; graphic design capability and Mandarin speaking are a plus.
