• Mission: Support the smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of live marketing events and promotional activations to ensure a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Operations Support: Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of live, retail-based marketing events, including the physical setup, active execution, and efficient breakdown of promotional activations at various locations.
• Logistical Coordination: Manage the day-to-day logistical requirements for events, ensuring all necessary materials are organized, readily available, and that the event site is prepared for optimal on-site readiness and operational success.
• On-Site Customer Engagement: Professionally and enthusiastically engage with customers during live events, providing essential product and service information, managing event check-ins, facilitating guest interactions, and actively contributing to a positive overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration & Flow Management: Collaborate closely with team members and event leadership to ensure a seamless event flow, troubleshoot minor issues as they arise, and maintain coordination to achieve campaign objectives effectively.
• Performance Reporting & Improvement: Support post-event activities by assisting with the systematic gathering of customer feedback and diligently reporting observations to leadership, actively contributing ideas to enhance future event execution and overall operational efficiency.

• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, as full paid training, mentorship, and structured onboarding are provided to ensure a strong foundation in event operations.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confident and professional communication skills, the ability to stay composed in active environments, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask while following direction.
