What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Masters Degree. Early career individuals, including recent graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: No prior technical experience explicitly required. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Possession of strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to dissect complex business problems and derive insights; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams; proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) alongside process mapping tools to create comprehensive documentation; a foundational familiarity with established business analysis frameworks and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall; and a highly organized approach with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
