What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Definition: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for projects.
• Process Enhancement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation & Translation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows and user stories, collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Project Oversight: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Solution Refinement: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine project deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in any field. This is an entry-level role, welcoming recent graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required. Candidates are expected to be eager to thrive in the field of business and technology consulting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
